Our CSIA certified chimney technicians will first evaluate the home’s needs and discuss options, consulting with you throughout the entire process. We will educate you on the benefits and downfalls of your options, and if you decide to go through with the installation, a contract is made, and the work is scheduled.

Doctor Flue is ALWAYS on time for their appointments, and sends reminder calls prior to arrival. Once on site for work, we will make sure the entire work area is protected by building plastic barriers around the work area, while using industrial vacuums to control dust.

We will picture document the project from beginning to end, and leave a thumb drive of those photos as a keepsake for you. These photos are also distributed to the appropriate chimney inspector for an easy, no hassle city approval! All permits are secured by us and the inspection appointment is overseen by our installer to answer questions and ease the customer.
