BGSU Landlords: Get Your Chimneys Inspected
Bowling Green State University students who live off campus often rent houses in town. Many of those houses have handsome masonry chimneys that have gone years without care.
A neglected chimney can slip into dangerous disrepair. That is a safety risk for your tenants and a liability for you, even when nobody lights the fireplace, because the masonry itself has to stay sound.
We give your rental a thorough chimney inspection. Afterward you receive a detailed list of the chimney repairs we recommend, so you can plan the work before the next lease starts.
Refresh Your Hearth with a Fireplace Facelift
Ohio Magazine named Bowling Green one of five great places to live, work and play in 2017-2018. This college town thrives on a strong connection between campus and community.
Homeowners here like to keep their houses current, and a Doctor Flue Fireplace Facelift is an easy way to do it. The new face mounts over your existing fireplace and gives the room a modern look.
Take a look at some of our favorite fireplace updates.
