Our Fireplace Installation Process
We follow the same process on every fireplace installation so you know what to expect.
1. Evaluation and Consultation
Our CSIA certified chimney technicians first evaluate your home’s needs and talk through your options with you. We explain the benefits and drawbacks of each option and consult with you throughout the project.
2. Installation Day
We arrive on time for appointments and call you ahead of time with a reminder. On site, we build plastic barriers around the work area and use industrial vacuums to control dust.
3. Photos, Permits and Inspection
We photograph your project from beginning to end and leave you a thumb drive of the photos as a keepsake. We also send these photos to the chimney inspector, which makes city approval easier.
We secure all permits, and your installer attends the inspection appointment to answer questions.
4. Care After Installation
Our NFI certified installers repair or replace your fireplace, then show you how to take care of it after the work is done.
